Welcome to Circa at the beach on New Years Day! We had a dusting to usher in a new year. Thanks to the 302 photographer for this image.
Above is a shot of our table for the Chef's Table private dinner onboard the AmaStella last month. You may not know that on each river cruise with my favorite travel partner, Ama Waterways, travelers are invited to join a small dining experience in a gorgeous setting over the water at the stern.
I tried everything that was offered (I don't usually do that but decided to be adventurous) and surprised myself with flavors I'm generally not into such as curried soup, which was magnificent.
