Call of the Amalfi Coast

This was taken on Tuesday night during an incredible full moon! Thanks to Dave Rhoten for keeping our eyeballs popping at his brilliance! I love the juxtaposition of the glorious heralds of summer: rhododendrons!
The real Amalfi Coast is a stunning, rugged coastline in southern Italy known for its vertical cliffsides, terraced citrus groves, and the dramatic Amalfi Drive. Stretching 50 kilometers (about 31 miles) between Positano and Vietri sul Mare, it is defined by ancient maritime history, UNESCO-listed scenery, and incredible cliff engineering. Driving it yourself is most definitely NOT for the faint of heart and I don't recommend it - ever.
