Christmas in July

How fortunate am I to be at Rehoboth Beach yesterday morning and Lewes Beach today! I can't explain why it lifts my spirits, but it works every time!

I got an email from our class trainer at the Fitness Center here in Lewes telling us that today's cardio class would be Christmas-themed.
