Today's ezine (that's a weird word, isn't it? When I was taught the practice of reaching out to my treasured guests it was called that.) has several disconnected but useful tid-bits for you to consider - in no particular order.
OK: let's begin with EES.
Exit Entry System for Europe, or most of it anyhow. It is a protocol that will seemingly do away with a human stamping your passport when you enter a European country. You will be recognized using biometric scanners. It's been in the works for years now and this past week it was in the news as being in place.
