One Short Year

I just love this week's photo from local business Cape Water Tours, don't you? If you come to visit the Delaware Shore , you may want to take one of their lovely sunset tours. It's such a special way to end a summer's day.

I am so happy to report that one year ago to this very day I had a heart attack and it has changed my life for the greater!
