I Primi d'Italia is a four-day festival dedicated to Italian starters such as pasta, soups, risottos, polenta, and gnocchi held yearly in Foligno, Italy.
Visitors can taste typical first courses from all regions in Italy and buy artisan products and fresh vegetables at numerous street stalls.
Additionally, there are cooking demonstrations, lectures, and classes for all levels of experience.
