Arrivederci, Roma!

I was having lunch last week at Victoria's on the Boardwalk in Reho and snapped this view of the late summer beachgoers. It was a delightful day to be on the water.

I think I've mentioned recently that I have "Roma Fever". It's a condition that can only be cured by visiting the Eternal City again. At this point, I've lost count of how many times I have been in this glorious capital. I lived there for a half semester in college and have been enchanted ever since! I never tire of her beauty, her insanity, her hidden gems, and some of the finest sculpture ever produced. I'm definitely overdue. Hopefully I can slip over early next year after the Jubilee pilgrims have departed.
