Last week we were all about the week before travel and the things you can do to make your life easier. An old friend and colleague reminded me of another great pre-travel idea: downloading the app for whatever airlines you will be flying - no matter that you will likely never use it again (and maybe that you're just not into apps {wink wink}). Having totally immediate information from your carrier will put you miles ahead of most folks in getting a potential problem solved. Often the travelers who pay attention to the messages from their carriers learn of delays before the desk crew even does. A very good idea!
I've been following a TSA agent's posts on social and she tells some harrowing tales of life in the airport! She's been on the job for over 20 years. I trust her knowledge.
