It was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. We drank homemade wine in jelly glasses and toasted to Amore!

I'm especially thrilled to visit the Palace of Caserta, south of Rome where we will stop on our way to the above-mentioned Amalfi Coast.

I am getting requests for 2025 Italy (and beyond) travel and one of my treasured guests asked if the Jubilee Year would impact their trip.

Someone pulled out a Trivial Pursuit game and some of us played while we had cocktails. Others played cards or read. It was just lovely.
